Pre-K Program (KRP)

Pre-K (formerly know as KRP) is a high quality, free preschool program for children ages 3 -5 who are not age-eligible for kindergarten. Classrooms are available in Greenville, Mulberry Grove, and Pocahontas. Our classes meet everyday either 8 – 11 a.m. or 12 – 3 p.m.  We also offer full day programs at some locations.   We follow the regular school calendar of the center that your child attends. Pre-K provides an environment that promotes the child’s emotional, physical, mental, and social well-being. Children learn through play and other appropriate informal learning situations.  A more natural yet carefully designed environment is used where children can interact in small and large groups while teachers provide opportunities in which to learn.  Pre-K includes developmental screenings, breakfast or lunch, bussing and family events.

The main Pre-K Office is at 1318 E State Rte 140, Greenville, IL 62246
