Teacher Evaluation:

Bond County is in a multi-year implementation of a new teacher evaluation system under PERA.

Phase One:

• Phase One- Teacher Evaluation based on the Danielson Model
  • Website documenting committee work plus forms and Danielson Model information.
  • District recordings of introduction to the evaluation process can be found under Staff>Prof. Development
  • District uses TalentEd Software for electronic portfolio
